I would like to highly recommend Blue Button Childminding Paperwork. Saved me a lot of work putting tracking together and it’s so easily explained also. My parents like it and find it easy to follow too. I've also tried out the funding policy and the simplistic way that Sam has put it together makes it very easy to adapt it to each child and hours used too. I bought the start up set with learning journal and right the way through to transition too. It’s made a pain of a job so much simpler. Will keep following this website with interest.
